Macrobiotics in Cleveland is an online resource created by the The East West Center of Cleveland and The Macrobiotic Center of Cleveland.  The East West Center of Cleveland is Cleveland’s first macrobiotic center offering macrobiotic consultations, recreational cooking classes, shaitsu massage, acupressure, macrobiotic lectures and educational services, community potluck suppers, and healthy living events.  Individual macrobiotic counseling, health evaluations and cooking instruction are available with macrobiotic expert Bob Carr. The East West Center works in partnership with The Macrobiotic Center of Cleveland.  The Macrobiotic Center of Cleveland is a resource for anyone interested in learning about the macrobiotic diet and way of life.  The Macrobiotic Center offers community dinners, recreational cooking classes, nutrition lecture programs, nutritional counseling and macrobiotic cooking instruction.  Macrobiotic books and cookware are also on sale during applicable classes.
