Appointments, Classes, and Seminars Counseling appointments, class reservations and seminar reservations are secured when payment is received. Prices for counseling sessions, classes, and seminars are listed with the information about that particular service or event. Please call or email us if you have any questions about any of our services or classes. Cancellations & Rescheduling We request that a 24 hour notice be given before cancelling a counseling session, class, or seminar. Cancellation of private cooking classes and speaking engagements must be made at least 48 hours ahead of time. With adequate notice, a full refund of prepaid fees will be made, unless otherwise noted on the information about that particular session or event. ***Please note that cancellations must be done by telephone.*** Shipping and Returns Orders will be acknowledged and fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Great Life Global will accept returns within a 14–day time period. Products must be returned in original packaging and un-opened. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returns which do not meet these criteria. The shipping fee on returned items is paid for by the customer and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
